Return Policy

To request a return and exchange or store credit, please submit a request at this link. Please read our policy below before submitting a request. 

Returns Request

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

It's our goal to serve our customers as best as we can and we hope you love your purchases! As soon as you receive your package, please try on your clothing to see if it works for you! If it doesn't, we'll do our best to make it right. See below for details for returns.

  • In the event you need to return an item, our policy lasts 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we will not accept your return or exchange.
  • We are a small boutique and carry limited inventory in unique styles, and accept returns for store credit only.
  • As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and store credit.
  • Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit and shipping will not be issued.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and and in the same condition that you received. Items must be tagged, unwashed, with no makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair.
  • Incorrect or defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your item. 
  • To complete your return, please submit a returns request as soon as you can with your order number here. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send back your items. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from your store credit. Returns are also subject to a restocking fee which is deducted from your store credit.


SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:

  • Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately SALE items cannot be returned and are considered FINAL SALE. 
  • Items purchased with a promotion/coupon code at or under 20% may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. 


GIFTS:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, and inspected, an e-gift card will be emailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, we cannot accept your return.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.


SHIPPING:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • To make things easy, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label with discounted shipping. Print the label and send to us in the package of your choice.
  • As noted above, shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
  • All items are shipped include tracking service, however, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
